Market Positioning and Leading Attributes for a Major Outback Retail Chain

Performix worked closely to design the panel capture and qualifiers to push competitor survey and identify 3 leading attributes for the Retailer.

As a follow up, Performix assisted in creating an internal and external customer satisfaction survey to understand the Gap in the customer perception.

It also helped the customer in identifying the most effective stores and to start modeling other stores around those findings. Expected result — by implementing the key factors found in high-performance stores, the effectiveness of all stores in the retail chain is enhanced allowing for increased revenue.
