The Tall Ships Festival will return to Duluth again August 18-21, 2016. Sailing ships from around the world will arrive, along with other activities, as reported by WDIO.
The canal near the lift bridge is a popular viewing area, although the ships will be visible from much of Duluth’s hill sides.
